And Report On –
(a) whether there is any connection between
the two incidents,
(b) whether any incidents in paragraph (2)
above resulted from any action taken by
any members of the armed forces, and if
so whether it was a result of:
(i) military action taken against those
who occasioned, or were suspected
of having assisted the causing of the
explosion referred to in paragraph
(1) above, or were suspected of
harbouring those so responsible; or
(ii) military action in excess of the needs
of the situation of taking action
against those who occasioned, or
were suspected of having assisted
the causing of the explosion referred
to in paragraph (1) above, or were
suspected harbouring those so
responsible;
(iii) deliberate retaliatory action taken
against those who were suspected of
having assisted in the causing of the
explosion referred to in paragraph
(1) above, or were suspected of
harbouring those so responsible,
(iv) deliberate retaliatory action taken
against persons not in anyway
connected with causing of the
explosion referred to in paragraph
(1) above, or suspected of harbouring
those so responsible,
