All the circumstances pertaining to the alleged<br />
involuntary removals or disappearances;<br />
The present condition and whereabouts <strong>of</strong> the<br />
persons alleged to have been so removed or to<br />
have so disappeared;<br />
Reports made by complainants that the<br />
missing persons are being held in unidentified<br />
prisons & places <strong>of</strong> detention;<br />
The evidence available for identifying the<br />
person or persons responsible for these<br />
alleged disappearances and the findings based<br />
on such evidence;<br />
The relief, if any, that should be provided<br />
to parents spouses and dependents <strong>of</strong> the<br />
persons alleged to have been removed or<br />
disappeared;<br />

If in the course <strong>of</strong> its inquiries the committee<br />
deals with cases <strong>of</strong> complainants, particularly<br />
women and children who are in severely<br />
distressed circumstances and who may be<br />
in need <strong>of</strong> special care and support, the<br />
Committee should report such cases to the<br />
Commission for special relief….<br />
