Grid g gives good results, with remarkable accuracy for the maximum speed up and velocities on the lee side. Figure 3.12 : grids e and f give quite good results all the line long, except for the velocity drop upwind the <strong>hill</strong>. Grid g captures this drop but yields too low velocities everywhere else along the line.
