This fund’s objective is to obtain long−term total return. It invests primarily in fixed income securities of Canadian governments and
companies that the portfolio advisor believes offers an attractive yield and the opportunity for capital gains. Any change to the
investment objective must be approved by a majority of votes cast at a meeting of shareholders held for that reason.
