2.3.5 Significant Event Information. The following requirements apply to the logging of<br />

significant event information by the <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform:<br />

a) Significant event information to be maintained, backed up and be available for inclusion<br />

in reports by the <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform must include:<br />

i) Large wins in excess of the value specified by the licensing jurisdiction;<br />

ii) Large transfers of funds (single and aggregate over defined time period) in<br />

excess of the value specified by the licensing jurisdiction;<br />

iii) Changes made by the operator to game parameters;<br />

iv) Changes made by the operator to jackpot parameters;<br />

v) New jackpots created;<br />

vi) Jackpot win occurrences;<br />

vii) Jackpots retired;<br />

viii) Player exclusions (including reason for exclusion, requests to lift exclusion, and<br />

actual lifting of exclusion);<br />

ix) Events occurring in external <strong>Gaming</strong> Platforms which affect game outcome and<br />

win amounts (e.g. external jackpot hosts);<br />

x) Irrecoverable loss of customer-related data; and<br />

xi) Significant periods of <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform unavailability.<br />

b) External <strong>Gaming</strong> Platforms which affect game outcome or win amounts must maintain a<br />

log of significant events if they are not transferred immediately to the <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform;<br />

c) The <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform must be able to receive and store all significant events from<br />

external <strong>Gaming</strong> Platforms which affect game outcome or win amounts;<br />

d) The <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform must be able to provide a means to view significant events<br />

including the ability to search for particular event types; and<br />

e) The <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform must be able to prioritize events based on their significance (e.g.,<br />

whether to log an event, raise an alarm or disable gaming).<br />
