set forth in ‘Submission Letter Requirements’. All modifications require re-testing, examination,<br />
and re-certification by the testing laboratory.<br />
NOTE: Modifications to the supporting environment which do not impact the functionality of the<br />
component(s) under evaluation need not be resubmitted as these elements are not evaluated in<br />
our laboratory in the first place, and are only required to provide the supporting environment for<br />
the component under test. However, any environmental changes which in any way change the<br />
functionality of the component(s) under evaluation must be re-certified. Where there is some<br />
doubt over whether a <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform should be resubmitted then these situations will be<br />
considered on a case by case basis.<br />
A.3.2 Hardware Re-Submission. Each hardware re-submission shall:<br />
a) Identify the individual items being submitted (including part number);<br />
b) Supply a complete set of schematics, diagrams, data sheets, etc. describing the<br />
modification along with the reason for the change(s); and<br />
c) Provide the updated or new hardware, a description and the method of connection to the<br />
original <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform or hardware components.<br />
A.3.3 Player Account Management Re-Submission. Each Player Account Management<br />
component re-submission shall:<br />
a) Use the same requirements as in the ‘Player Account Management Submission<br />
Requirements’ listed above except where the documentation has not changed, in which<br />
case a resubmission of identical documents is not required.<br />
b) Include a description of the software change(s) and modules affected;<br />
c) Include updated functional specifications, where applicable; and<br />
d) Include an updated source code package for the <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform, if applicable.<br />
A.3.4 <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform Re-Submission. Each gaming platform re-submission shall:<br />
a) Use the same requirements as in the ‘<strong>Gaming</strong> Platform Submission Requirements’ listed<br />
above except where the documentation has not changed, in which case, a resubmission of<br />
identical documents is not required.<br />
b) Include a description of the software change(s) and modules affected;<br />
c) Include updated functional specifications, where applicable; and<br />
