3.0 Player Account Management Requirements<br />

3.2 Player Accounts<br />
3.2.1 Player Funds Maintenance. The following principles must apply to the maintenance of<br />
player funds:<br />
a) Player accounts on the <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform must be secured against invalid access or update<br />
other than by approved methods;<br />
b) All deposit, withdrawal, transfer or adjustment transactions are to be maintained in a<br />
<strong>Gaming</strong> Platform audit log;<br />
c) A deposit into a player’s account made via a credit card transaction or other methods<br />
which can produce a sufficient audit trail, must not be available for betting until such<br />
time as the funds are received from the issuer or the issuer provides an authorization<br />
number to the operator indicating that the funds are authorized. The authorization number<br />
is to be maintained in a <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform audit log;<br />
d) Positive player identification, including any Personal Identification Number (PIN) entry<br />
or other approved secure methods, must be completed before the withdrawal of any<br />
monies held by the <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform can be made;<br />
e) Inactive accounts holding monies in the <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform must be protected against illicit<br />
access or removal;<br />
f) All transactions involving monies are to be treated as vital information to be recovered by<br />
the <strong>Gaming</strong> Platform in the event of a failure;<br />
g) Payments from an account are to be paid (including funds transfer) directly to an account<br />
with a financial institution in the name of the player or made payable to the player and<br />
forwarded to the player’s address. The name and address are to be the name as held in<br />
