U II BOP Variable Bore RamsOne set of Cameron variable bore ramsseals on several sizes of pipe or hexagonalkelly. Variable bore rams are available inthe size ranges listed in the chart below.All rams listed are suitable for H 2 S serviceper NACE MR-01-75.CAMRAM packers and top seals are standardfor all U II BOP variable bore rams.The variable bore ram packer containssteel reinforcing inserts similar to those inthe Cameron annular BOP packer. U II BOP Shearing Blind RamsCameron shearing blind rams shear the pipe in the hole, then bend the lower section ofsheared pipe to allow the rams to close and seal.
