The Institution will not make changes to the enrollment status (full-time, ¾-time, or part-time) during thecourse of the term if the regulatory period for adding or eliminating courses has passed.If a student changes his/her enrollment status between terms, then the Institution will recalculate thestudent’s financial aid in relation to his/her new status and will recalculate the total cost of admissions(COA).PROGRAM CHANGESStudents may request a program change at the end of the first term by presenting the corresponding formin the Registrar’s Office. Program changes are approved by the campus’ Academic director.ADDRESS CHANGEStudents must submit evidence of their mailing address. Students are responsible for updating thisinformation. All address changes must be notified to the Registrar’s Office or via electronic mail on theInstituto de Banca y Comercio portal. The institution is not responsible for official notices that are notreceived.UNIFORMSStudents are responsible for using the uniforms designated for the program during class, including labsand practices (internal and external).GRADUATION REQUIREMENTSa) Apply for graduation within the term stipulated in the institution’s academic calendar.b) Complete all courses required by the program of study.c) Obtain a grade point average (GPA) of 2.00 points or more.d) In the case of associate degree programs, obtain a GPA of 2.00 points, approve core orconcentration/major courses with a grade of no less than C.e) In the case of associate degrees, if a student obtains a grade lower than C (D or F), s/he must repeat thecourse and complete the corresponding application, evaluation and enrollment processes.f) Comply with the academic standards established by the institution’s Satisfactory Academic ProgressPolicy.PARTICIPATION IN THE GRADUATION CEREMONYThe graduation ceremony will occur once in the academic year, during the month of December orJanuary, as indicated in the academic calendar. A student’s participation in the graduation ceremony, apayment of the course tuition costs, or listing of the student as a candidate for graduation on anydocument or invitation, does not guarantee that a certificate of graduation will be granted.GRADUATION CERTIFICATE AND CREDIT TRANSCRIPTSStudents who meet graduation requirements and have no debt with the Instituion may request a transcript orcertification with final grades, free of charge, from the Registrar’s Office.
