The wideband E5 signal is generated with the AltBOC modulation of side-band subcarrier<br />
rate R S,E5 = 1/T S,E5=15.345 MHz (15 x 1.023 MHz) according to the expression in<br />
Eq. 3 with the binary signal components e E5a-I, e E5a-Q, e E5b-I and e E5b-Q as defi ned in Eq. 2.<br />
Note that E5a and E5b signals can be processed independently by the user receiver as<br />
though they were two separate QPSK signals with a carrier frequency of 1176.45 MHz<br />
and 1207.14 MHz respectively.<br />
