A SAR receiver will use the sequence of start bits (and only these) to identify SAR data<br />

parts belonging to SAR RLMs. Every time if both the currently received start bit and the<br />

start bit of the previous SAR data part are equal to one, the previous data part does not<br />

contain SAR relevant data.<br />
