LR64-JR04-7100PROCEDURE FOR SUMMONING JURORSThe judges <strong>of</strong> the Porter Circuit and Superior Courts adopt the two tier notice and summonsprocedure for summoning jurors.LR64-AR00-7200PORTER COUNTY ADULT DRUG COURTPROGRAMA Porter County Adult Drug Court Program shall be established pursuant to IC12-23-14.5-1 and in accordance with Porter County <strong>Local</strong> <strong>Rule</strong>s.LR64-AR00-7300ESTABLISHMENT OF FEE SCHEDULE FORPORTER COUNTY ALCOHOL AND DRUGOFFENDERS SERVICEThose persons directed to participate in the Porter County Alcohol and Drug Offenders Service(PCADOS) shall pay all applicable and necessary fees. Fees are to be determined at the time <strong>of</strong> theclinical evaluation or assessment. Fee deadlines are determined at the time <strong>of</strong> the evaluation orassessment.Those persons directed to participate in the Porter County Alcohol and Drug Offenders Service(PCADOS) program shall pay fees in accordance with the following schedule:LEVEL IBasic Education Services (12 Hours) $400LEVEL IIAdvanced Education Services (20 Hours) $400OTHER FEESOne Day Class Informational Session (8 Hours) $100Informational Session with Assessment $200Transfers $100Assessment Only $100The program fees for Porter County Alcohol and Drug Offenders Service (PCADOS) are payableat the Clerk's Office in the courthouse in which the sentencing Court is located. All payments mustbe made in cash or by money order. (LR64-AR00-7300 effective August 30, 2009).71
