9000 SERIES PORTER COUNTYLOCAL ELECTRONIC FILING RULES(FOR JUVENILE COURT ONLY)LR64-EF00-9000CITATIONThese rules shall be known as Porter Electronic Filing <strong>Rule</strong>s and shall be cited as:“PORTER COUNTY LOCAL ELECTRONIC FILING RULE “(OR “LR64-EF - “);LR64-EF00-9100OBJECTIVEThe primary objective <strong>of</strong> the Porter County Electronic Filing <strong>Rule</strong>s is to set forth theselocal rules <strong>of</strong> procedure to assist the public, the bar and the court in implementing electronic filingand computer case management for Juvenile Court.LR64-EF00-9200AUTHORITYThe following rules are hereby adopted and promulgated by the Porter County JuvenileCourt pursuant to TR 81 <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Indiana</strong> <strong>Rule</strong>s <strong>of</strong> Trial Procedure.LR64-EF00-9300JURISDICTION AND RELATED CASESThese rules shall apply to all new cases filed with the court and all existing cases on filewith the court. Existing cases will not be required to convert to the computer system until someactivity occurs in the case. Effective January 1, 2007, all documents (other than those specificallyexcepted by the Court) may be filed electronically in all cases, so long as the case was initiatedelectronically.77
