LR64-CR00-4300 BOND4300.10 Arrest Warrants. At the time a probable cause affidavit is presented to a Judgeof the Court, if the Judge orders an arrest warrant issued, the Judge shall also set the amount ofbond. The amount of bond for all Murder, Class A, B, C and D felonies which are presented tothe Court for a finding of probable cause and issuance of an arrest warrant shall be determined ona case by case basis.4300.20 Bond Schedule A bond schedule applying to all Class D felonies not presentedto a judge for finding of probable cause and all misdemeanors shall be adopted by the Court bygeneral order.
