7. At any time submit to a drug screen. Any confirmed controlled or illegal substance or substancemetabolite is a violation <strong>of</strong> Court Ordered Restriction.8. At any time allow any Juvenile Court representative or Law Enforcement Officer to enter yourresidence without prior notice, and to make reasonable inquiry into your activities and others in thehome, and you shall at anytime submit to the reasonable search <strong>of</strong> your home, person and/or vehiclewhich shall relate to your compliance with these conditions <strong>of</strong> house arrest. Further, a JuvenileCourt representative may visit or telephone your home or require you to attend an appointment toverify your compliance to these rules. Non-attendance will be viewed as a violation <strong>of</strong> House Arrest.You shall answer all reasonable inquires by any Juvenile Court Representatives.9. You are not allowed to operate any motorized vehicle for the duration <strong>of</strong> House Arrest unlessotherwise approved by both your parent(s) and the Probation Department.10. Further specific conditions:LR64-JV00-8140HOUSE ARREST LEVEL II1. When at home you are to be supervised by a parent/guardian or a Court appointedadult unless otherwise approved by the Juvenile Probation Department.2. You are not allowed to leave your property unless you are directly going to school, towork, or you are with your parents/guardians. If you are allowed to work, your hours must be approvedby your Probation Officer. You must provide a written report <strong>of</strong> your work schedule each week to theJuvenile Probation Department.3. You are not permitted to have friends in your home, on your property, or on thetelephone. You are not allowed to use the Internet or a pager.4. At ALL times your parents/guardians are to know where you are. You are not to bewith any other adult without your parents' and the Probation Department's permission.5. Obey all laws. Any tobacco products found in the possession <strong>of</strong> a child on home detentionwill be confiscated.6. If you are absent from school, you must report your absence to the Juvenile ProbationDepartment by 9:00 a.m. You may be required to provide a medical excuse to validate your illness.7. At any time a Juvenile Court representative may visit or telephone your home orrequire you to attend an appointment to verify your compliance with these rules. Non-attendancewill be viewed as a violation <strong>of</strong> home detention.75
