D. That counsel, or party/parties, if pro-se, shall confer in person at aPreliminary Conference at least ten (10) days before the scheduled FinalPre-Trial Conference. The moving party shall undertake the responsibility<strong>of</strong> arranging the aforementioned conference at a time and location whichis mutually agreeable between the parties. In preparation for the FinalPre-Trial Conference, the parties shall address the following issues at theirPreliminary Conference:i. The possibility <strong>of</strong> reaching an agreement regarding thecontested issues;ii. The possibility <strong>of</strong> disposing <strong>of</strong> the cause in summaryfashion as to some or all <strong>of</strong> the issues;iii. The identification and exchange <strong>of</strong> exhibits which theparties intend to introduce into evidence at the FinalHearing;iv. The possibility <strong>of</strong> stipulating to the authenticity oradmissibility <strong>of</strong> each parties’ exhibits to avoid unnecessarydelays at the Final Hearing;v. The exchange <strong>of</strong> each parties’ witness lists, includingexpert witnesses, and the nature <strong>of</strong> the testimony that eachwitness shall be expected to testify to at the Final Hearing;vi. The preparation <strong>of</strong> a master list <strong>of</strong> the parties’ real andpersonal property, which list shall be submitted by theparties to the court as a joint exhibit at the Final Pre-TrialConference. Said exhibit shall be presented to the court inthe following form and shall include all assets <strong>of</strong> the partiessubject to division by the court:3
