3800.30 Pre-Trial Order. At the conclusion <strong>of</strong> the pre-trial conference, the Courtshall render a pre-trial order which, when entered, shall control the course <strong>of</strong> the trial and may notbe amended except by order <strong>of</strong> the Court to prevent manifest injustice.3800.40 Memoranda <strong>of</strong> Law. Memoranda <strong>of</strong> law, addressing any unusualquestions <strong>of</strong> law, shall be filed and served no later than seven (7) days prior to trial.3800.50 Trial Setting. At the conclusion <strong>of</strong> the pre-trial conference, the cause shallbe set for trial, if a trial setting has not already been made.3800.60 Sanctions. Failure <strong>of</strong> the parties or their attorneys to be prepared for thecase management conference, for the pre-trial conference, or to otherwise comply with this <strong>Rule</strong>,shall subject them to sanctions under Trial <strong>Rule</strong> 16(K).LR64-AR00-3900 EXHIBITS3900.10 Marking in Advance. Exhibits which are not marked at, or prior to thepre-trial conference shall be presented to the court reporter for marking prior to the beginning <strong>of</strong>the trial, where possible, or during recesses in the trial, so that the trial is not delayed for themarking <strong>of</strong> exhibits.3900.20 Custody. After being marked for identification, models, diagrams, exhibits,and material <strong>of</strong>fered or admitted into evidence in any cause pending or tried before the Court orjury shall be placed in the custody <strong>of</strong> the court reporter unless otherwise ordered by the Judge.3900.30 Removal. After a case has been decided, unless an appeal has been taken,all models, diagrams, exhibits, or material placed in the custody <strong>of</strong> the court reporter shall be takenby the parties <strong>of</strong>fering them within six (6) months after the conclusion <strong>of</strong> the case. At the time <strong>of</strong>removal, a detailed receipt shall be left with the court reporter and filed with the cause.3900.40 Destruction <strong>of</strong> Exhibits. The court reporter shall retain the exhibits fromany case for six (6) months after the conclusion <strong>of</strong> the case, including appeals. After a case isdecided and no appeal taken, or after all appeals are completed, the court reporter may give noticein writing to the party introducing the exhibit giving a time within which the exhibit shall beremoved from the custody <strong>of</strong> the court reporter. If the party does not recover the exhibit withinthe time indicated, the court reporter may dispose <strong>of</strong> same and the party shall be charged with anyexpenses <strong>of</strong> such disposition.39
