3600.40 Depositions. Depositions shall be governed by T.R. 30. Video tape orother mechanically reproduced tapes as allowed by T.R. 74, shall be admissible to the same degreeas any other depositions. A transcript <strong>of</strong> the testimony elicited in the video tape shall accompanyall video taped depositions filed with the Court.LR64-AR00-3700CASE MANAGEMENT3700.10 Case Management Conferences. No sooner than 120 days after the filing<strong>of</strong> any complaint in a civil plenary (PL), civil tort (CT), civil collection (CC), or mortgageforeclosure (MF) case, a case management conference may be scheduled upon motion <strong>of</strong> anyparty or the Court. Each party shall be represented at this conference by an attorney familiar withthe case, who shall be prepared to discuss and enter into stipulations concerning:(1) the exchange <strong>of</strong> lists <strong>of</strong> witnesses known to have knowledge <strong>of</strong> the facts supportingthe pleadings. The parties thereafter shall be under a continuing obligation to adviseopposing parties <strong>of</strong> other witnesses as they become known;(2) the exchange <strong>of</strong> all documents, and any other evidence reasonably available,contemplated for use in support <strong>of</strong> the pleadings;(3) a discovery schedule;(4) the necessity for additional conferences in complex litigation;(5) the necessity for amendments to the pleadings and the filing or hearing <strong>of</strong> dispositivemotions. Absent agreement, the Court shall schedule the filing, briefing, and hearingthere<strong>of</strong>; and(6) settlement and the feasibility <strong>of</strong> Alternative Dispute Resolution.3700.20 Case Management Order. At the conclusion <strong>of</strong> the case managementconference, or if the Court chooses not to hold a case management conference, no sooner than 120days after the filing <strong>of</strong> the complaint, the Court shall enter a case management order setting forth:(1) a time limit for completion <strong>of</strong> discovery;(2) a time limit for filing all pre-trial dispositive motions;(3) the scheduling <strong>of</strong> a pre-trial conference;(4) time limits for filing, and the format <strong>of</strong> proposed preliminary and final juryinstructions and objections thereto;(5) time limit(s) for filing Motions in Limine;(6) time limit(s) for completion <strong>of</strong> Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and filing <strong>of</strong>any report required by the ADR rules; and(7) any other matters which the parties or the Court have seen fit to address.37
