The owner or operator shall reportbreakdowns as required by the permitting agency's breakdown rule.Reports associated with the trivalent chromium process.(1) Facilities currently using the trivalent chromium process.(A)Owners or operators electroplating with the trivalentchromium process using a wetting agent are not subject tosubsections (a), (b), <strong>and</strong> (c) of this section 93102.13, butshall submit to the permitting agency the followingin<strong>for</strong>mation no later than November 24, 2007:1. The name <strong>and</strong> address of each facility subject to thisparagraph;2. A statement that a trivalent chromium process thatincorporates a wetting agent will be used to comply withthese requirements; <strong>and</strong>3. The list of bath components that comprise the trivalentchromium bath, with the wetting agent clearly identified.(B)An owner or operator electroplating with the trivalentchromium process <strong>and</strong> complying with the emissionlimitation option in subsection 93102.6(a) shall submit thein<strong>for</strong>mation contained in subsections (a) <strong>and</strong> (b) of thissection 93102.13. The report shall be submitted inaccordance with the schedules identified in thoseparagraphs.(2) Facilities changing to the trivalent chromium process. Within30 days of a change to the trivalent chromium process, theowner or operator shall submit to the permitting agency areport that includes:(A)Facilities electroplating with the trivalent chromium processusing a wetting agent shall submit the followingin<strong>for</strong>mation:1. The name <strong>and</strong> address of each facility subject to thisparagraph; <strong>and</strong>2. A statement that a trivalent chromium process thatincorporates a wetting agent will be used to comply withthese requirements; <strong>and</strong>38

A description of the manner in which the process hasbeen changed.(B)Facilities electroplating with the trivalent chromium process<strong>and</strong> complying with the emission limitation option in93102.6(a) shall submit the in<strong>for</strong>mation contained insubsections (a) <strong>and</strong> (b) of this section 93102.13. Thereport shall be submitted in accordance with the schedulesidentified in those paragraphs.(f)Adjustments to the timeline <strong>for</strong> submittal <strong>and</strong> <strong>for</strong>mat of reports.
