The permitting agency shall provide the U.S. EPA and ARBwith copies of all approved alternative requirements. Theinformation shall be provided at a mutually agreed upon frequency.Approval Criteria. Nothing in this section prohibits the permittingagency from establishing approval criteria more stringent than thatrequired in Table 93102.14.Alternatives Approved by U.S. EPA. Waivers obtained from U.S.EPA prior to October 24, 2007, shall remain in effect until theeffective dates of the specified requirements become effective.40
