in the company Gorenjski glas, d. o. o., Kranj.

The Bank holds a 25-percent stake in the company Iskratel, d. o. o., Kranj, but does not classify it as an associated
company as it intends to dispose of the share in the near future. A futures contract for sale has been concluded
with maturity date in 2012.
