Loans to individuals are impaired as a group of assets.<br />
Fair value of collateral includes:<br />
• state guarantees,<br />
• SID bank’s insurance policies,<br />
• banks deposits pledged, financial instruments pledged, the Bank shares pledged,<br />
• guarantees received from banks, legal and individual persons,<br />
• accretion to obligations,<br />
• mortgages and other pledged property.<br />
Fair value of collateral equals:<br />
• the market or assessed value (the model) of financial assets held as collateral,<br />
• the value of loans outstanding for accretion to obligations held as collateral,<br />
• 100% of the value of insurance company guarantees, bank guarantees, state and municipal<br />
guarantees,<br />
• values of resential real estate and values of commercial real estate equal market values of<br />
comparable real estate sales levels.<br />
