Thoseefforts are coordinated by the Council for LUKOIL Veterans' Affairs createdin 2003.Social infrastructureLUKOIL social infrastructure facilities provide additional bonuses andservices to employees and their families. In order to compensate forthe inadequacy of municipal social infrastructure in the regions, organisationshave had to build and maintain social facilities and make significantinvestments in them.
