Askilled attendant includes a doctor, nurse, midwife or auxiliary midwife.Data shows that 99 percent of births in the State of Palestine are delivered by a skilled personnel, also data indicatethat about 17 percent of births occurring in the two years preceding the PFS survey were C-section delivery.91
