LECTURE ON THE 1905 REVOLUTION251“putsch”. “The Lenin group,” says this “highly learned”Herr Professor, “and a section of the Socialist-Revolutionarieshad long prepared for this senseless uprising.”To properly assess this piece of professorial wisdom ofthe cowardly bourgeoisie, one need only recall the strikestatistics. That iswhy the Russian revolution succeeded not only in finally* In the manuscript this sentence is crossed out.—Ed.
