1. Jan Roxendal, age 52, President and Chief Executive Offi cer.<br />
Jan Roxendal assumed his duties as President and CEO in February 2003. He<br />
joined the company from ABB, where he was in charge of the Financial Services<br />
division and was Executive Vice President of ABB Ltd. in Switzerland. Jan<br />
Roxendal joined ASEA/ABB in 1984 and was appointed President of the Financial<br />
Services business area in 1991. From 1998 to 2002 he was also a member of<br />
ABB’s Group management. Before joining ABB he worked at SEB and Swedish<br />
Export Credit. Jan Roxendal holds a Higher General Banking Certifi cate. No. of<br />

2. Monika Elling, 43, Chief Financial Offi cer. Monika Elling assumed her duties<br />
in December 2005. She most recently held the position of analyst at Enskilda<br />
Securities in Stockholm, where she had been employed since 1999. During the<br />
period 1987–1989 she was Financial Director at Sandvik Öberg, and in 1989–<br />
1992 she served as business controller with acting branch manager responsibility<br />
at Industor. From 1992 to 1994 she was CFO and COO of Arrow Lock Group<br />
in the U.S., now part of the Assa Abloy Group. Between 1994 and 1998 Elling<br />
worked for Securitas, mainly as Manager Cash Handling Services. She has a<br />
degree from Stockholm School of Economics combined with MBA studies at<br />
McGill University in Montreal, Canada, as well as a mechanical engineering<br />

3. Henning Bensland, 44, Regional Managing Director. Henning Bensland<br />
joined the company in 1993 and has been Regional Managing Director of Poland,<br />
Czech Republic & Hungary since 1999. In 2005 the region was expanded to<br />
include Slovakia. From 1992 to 1993 Henning Bensland was Business Development<br />
Director of Kontrax Telekom. Between 1988 and 1992 he held the positions<br />
of Area Manager and Product Manager at LM Ericsson. He holds a B.Sc. in<br />
Economics from Stockholm University and a M.Sc. in Engineering from the Royal<br />
Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Henning Bensland is co-owner of a company<br />
that owns 40 percent of <strong>Intrum</strong> <strong>Justitia</strong> Central Europe BV, a holding company<br />
for the operations in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. No. of<br />

4. Marcel van Es, 39, Regional Managing Director. Marcel van Es joined the<br />
company in 1988 and in 2000 was given responsibility for operations in the<br />

include <strong>Intrum</strong> <strong>Justitia</strong> Belgium, and in September 2005 it was expanded again<br />

6. Pascal Labrue, 38, Regional Managing Director. Pascal Labrue has been<br />

as Regional Managing Director of France, Spain & Portugal. As of 2005 his<br />
regional responsibility also includes Italy. He was previously employed by the<br />

7. Lennart Laurén, 48, Regional Managing Director. Lennart Laurén has been<br />

as Regional Managing Director of Sweden, Norway & Denmark. He was active for<br />
many years in the Swedish banking sector, including a position as regional manager<br />

8. Benno E Oertig, 54, Regional Managing Director. Benno E Oertig has<br />
worked for the <strong>Intrum</strong> <strong>Justitia</strong> Group for 30 years. He was founder of Creditcontrol<br />
Data AG, which was acquired by <strong>Intrum</strong> <strong>Justitia</strong> in 1992. During the period<br />
1992–1994 Oertig was responsible for Group marketing, after which he became<br />
responsible for the Switzerland, Austria & Italy region. As of 2004 he has taken<br />
over management responsibility for Switzerland, Austria and Germany. No. of<br />

In November 2005 Bo Askvik stepped down as Chief Financial Offi cer to take<br />
