The Strategy will then become a tool for ensuring thatthese larger and over arching strategic directions of Council are being addressed andacted upon. In essence, this Strategy is one of the tools that will enable Council totake broad environmental aims and directions, and translate them into tangibleprojects and activities which can be implemented.
