That is the reason for the significanceattached to the other Vedas also. Thus all manthrasbecome the causes of mental modifications. These in turnillumine the splendour of the Atma. Thus the Vedas andthe Mystery of their Syllables belong to the Science ofthe Atma itself. The Vedas become, therefore, eternallyvaluable and eternally existent. The Atharvana Vedatreats of various rites to win relief from evil forces andailments and so it is described as the tail.The Kosa thus described merges in theVijnanamaya and later into the Anandamaya and finally,the aspirant passes beyond even that, into the region ofpure Sath.
