This will involve approval <strong>of</strong> terms <strong>of</strong> reference, selection <strong>of</strong> contractor, approve theevaluation plan, making decisions on any major issues that arise during the Assignment, providingfeedback on the draft report, and formally accepting the final report.TI16 draft evaluation report must meet contracted quality standards (i.e. meet the requirements <strong>of</strong>the terms <strong>of</strong> reference/contract, be evidence-based and factually correct, be presented in a clearand transparent manner, and not contain reputational risks for parties). It will be 'peer reviewed' byMAT staff to ensure it meets contract requirements.16 Milestone payment will become due uponacceptance by MFAT <strong>of</strong> the draft report as meeting contract quality standards.Once the draft report is approved by MFAT as meeting the contract requirements, feedback wouldbesought by MFAT from relevant external stakeholders.
