The executive summaryshould be no :anger than 5 pages. The report should include:o Executive summary and recommendations;o Background;o Methodology (including any limitations);o Findings in relation to the TOR (objectives/tasks) and evaluation plan;o Analysis <strong>of</strong> findings;ooConclusions/recommendations; andAppendices as appropriate.
