Companies (D<strong>is</strong>closures of Particulars in the Report of Board of Direc<strong>to</strong>rs) Rules, 1988 and forming part of Direc<strong>to</strong>rs’ Report.<br />
1. CONSERVATION OF ENERGY<br />
a) Energy Conservation measures taken:<br />
The Company has constantly been emphasizing at optimization of energy consumption in every possible area. Various<br />
avenues are being explored at periodic intervals and after careful analys<strong>is</strong> and planning measures are being initiated <strong>to</strong><br />
minimize the consumption of energy. During the period under review, the following measures were initiated/ adopted <strong>to</strong><br />
conserve and optimize utilization of energy.<br />
i. Creating awareness amongst all of its staff members <strong>to</strong> make maximum use of natural lights and sensibly use electrical<br />
appliances like fans, air conditioners etc.<br />
ii. Reviewing on a periodic bas<strong>is</strong> all the measures initiated/ adopted for conservation of energy.<br />
iii. Frequent cleaning of all lighting equipment like bulbs, tubes etc.<br />
b) Additional Investment and proposal, if any, being implemented for reduction of energy:<br />
No investment was made during the period under review.<br />
c) Impact of the measures at (a) &(b) above for reduction of energy consumption and consequent impact on the production<br />
of goods:<br />
