Choose one of the following methods to open the Crop Pages dialog box: Choose Organize > Crop Pages. Right click the target page on the Pages thumbnails, choose Crop Pages.3. In the Crop Pages dialog box, choose one of the following margin types: Cropbox,Artbox, Trimbox, and Bleedbox. Or you can adjust the proportions by yourself. Youcan preview the result on the right.4. Choose the page you want to crop: To crop all pages of the PDF, select All. To crop a range of pages, type or select the page number. Under the page number input box, you can select to crop even or odd pages.5. Choose the unit of the margin cropping values.6. Click OK.Rotating PagesYou can rotate all or selected pages in a document. Rotation is based on 90° increments.1. Open the PDF document within which you want to rotate pages.2. Open the Rotate Pages dialog box using one of the following methods: Choose Organize > Rotate Pages. From the right click context menu on the Pages thumbnails, choose RotatePages.3. For Direction, select the amount and direction of the rotations: Counterclockwise 90degrees, Clockwise 90 degrees, or 180 degrees.4. For Pages, specify whether all pages, a selection of pages, odd or even pages or arange of pages are to be rotated.5. Click OK.Note: To temporarily change your view of the page, choose View > Rotate View > Clockwiseor Counterclockwise. The original page orientation is restored the next time you open thePDF.Flattening PagesThe Flatten Pages feature can discard interactive annotations in the PDF file and make thembecome part of objects of the PDF pages.1. Open the PDF document where you want to flatten pages.2. Choose Organize > Flatten Pages.3. In the Flatten Pages dialog box, specify the page range (current page, all pages, a range ofpages), and click OK.63
