SUBMISSIONS:At GoodLife we welcome our Associate’s feedback and suggestions, and our Speak Out! program is oneforum where Associates can choose to anonymously express ideas, opinions, recommendations andqueries. If you supply your email address, you are guaranteed a response. After the reply, the PeopleDepartment forwards ideas to the right channel, helping to ensure that every Associate’s voice is heard.Each eNewsletter we will publish some common submissions and answers, much like our MemberSuggestion Boards at the club.If you would like to make a submission to Speak Out!, please sign on to the CARE home page, and clickthe Speak Out! logo.Submission: Nothing to suggest! I love working for GoodLife!Submission: I, as well as other Associates, am extremely impressed with the packages that have beenput together for Length of Service Awards, New Home Office Associate Welcome Packages and NewMember Welcome Packages via email.These are all great steps that are not only truly appreciated by the individual’s that receive them butthey also help with creating a positive, professional reputation for GoodLife!Kudos to all of those involved in the above mentioned items; your hours/months of hard work havebeen well worth it!!Thanks again!Submission: GoodLife offers many perks to their employees which is amazing. I feel that it is a hassle toget any of them started due to the fact that when you first start everyone seems too busy to help youout, and as a new Associate you do not want to ask these things because, well, you are new. I think wehave great perks and they should be more talked about to new Associates.Answer: The Associate Relations Team here at GoodLife Fitness has recently implemented a newWelcome Package for all new Associates. This package includes information about many of the greatperks GoodLife offers: your free three month Associate membership, information regarding ourEmployee Assistance Program, information regarding insurance discounts from Stevenson & Hunt,Length of Service Recognition Rewards, future career opportunities within the company and informationregarding family gift memberships.
You have brought up an excellent point as new Associates can feel quite intimidated with everythingthat is going on in their first few weeks. However, we feel that this Welcome Package is a great way fornew Associates to be able to take home all of this important information that they can review on theirown time.
