Hello General Managers!I wanted to take a moment to remind you of the new bonus structure for the MembershipConsultant Retention Bonus which was reintroduced July 1 st 2008.Below please find the details of the program, once you have reviewed them, pleasecommunicate this program to your current and new Membership Consultant when they arehired. This is great program, making it easier and faster for Membership Consultant andGeneral Managers to earn $2,000 each. We hope that these changes have helped to increasethe retention of our Membership Consultant.The quick rundown:- MC hits 100% BAM YTD goals for 3 full months = $500 for MC and $500 for GM- MC hits 100% BAM YTD goals for 6 full months = $500 for MC and $500 for GM- MC hits 100% BAM YTD goals for 12 full months and MC and GM complete a Black beltlevel = $1,000 for MC and $1,000 for GMThe Complete Details:Bonus #1: MC in months 1 thru 3 (please note, month one is the first FULL month the MCworks):MC hits 100% or more of their monthly sales goals for months 1, 2 and 3 combinedMC starts the MC Black BeltIf both qualifications are complete at the end of the MC’s third full month, the MC willreceive a $500 bonus. The GM will also receive $500, so long as they are also working ontheir GM Black Belt level.Bonus #2: MC in months 4 thru 6:MC hits 100% or more of their monthly sales goals for months 1 to 6 combinedMC is working on their MC Black BeltIf both qualifications are complete at the end of the MC’s sixth month, the MC will receive a$500 bonus. The GM will also receive $500, so long as they are also working on a Black Beltlevel.Bonus #3: MC in months 6 thru 12:MC hits 100% or more of their monthly sales goals for months 1 to 12MC has completed their MC Black BeltIf both qualifications are complete at the end of the MC’s twelfth month, the MC willreceive a $1,000 bonus.
