The calculation of the amount is dependent on various processes forgathering data as well as cut off days for payroll to ensure adequate time for the payrollprocessing to be accurately completed. Sometimes there will be months where the pay dateswill not allow for the bonus to be paid in the month following the bonus cut off date. Whenthis happens you will note that the payment will always be early the following month. Weapologize for this happening and we continue to review processes and systems in the hope thatwe will be able to prevent this when possible.We are hopeful having advance notice will allow you to prepare for the timing of thepayments.
