On October 20, our very own Bowmanville Mall was so fortunate to haveMisty Tropoli, a Nike elite instructor, for a fundraiser. Misty came to teachthe members, instructors, PTs and young teens about the importance ofself-esteem, esteem, body image and learning to find your inner child. After a brieftalk, we then hit the floor for some fun Body Groove. I was fortunate toteach with this incredible teacher. Misty helped me raise over $450.00toward the GoodLife Children's Foundation.
