In this regard, the market participants viewed the shares in IDGC Holding asan “entrance ticket” for investing in the sector.36
8. Authorized Capital. Securities Market of JSC IDGC Holding and SDCsIn 2010, distribution grid companies were involvedin the calculation of the following indexes:MICEX IndexRTS IndexThe growth of the capitalization of IDGC Holding and much better liquidity indicators allowed the companyto be included in the principal index of the MICEX Stock Exchange in 2010. The shares in IDGC Holdingaccount for about 1% of the RTS and MICEX Indexes.37
