The procedure for the development of the structure of the consolidated investment programof JSC IDGC Holding shall be approved, subject to the revision of the period of the Criteriafor Inclusion of Facilities in the Investment Program for 2010-2011.2. Prior to December 22, 2010, the Criteria and Priorities for Inclusion of Facilities in theInvestment P rogram f or t he pe riod of 2010 a nd f urther ye ars s hall be i mproved a ndsubmitted for consideration by the Investment Committee, with participation ofrepresentatives of the technical division of JSC IDGC Holding.5.
