Guidelines for Manuscript SubmissionAll illustrations, figures and/or tables in the manuscript must be captioned, inclear black and white (grayscale) and ready for reproduction.REFEREEING PROCEDURE:Articles will be acknowledged upon receipt. Only selected (preferred) articleswill be reviewe tw r t ree re erees in addition to the editors. Editorialdecision will normally be made within tw t si t s, but circumstancesbeyond control occasionally dictate a longer cycle.
