IntroductionMuse SystemThe Muse System consists of a compact, portable, and easy-to-use cellanalyzer, software, and optimized reagents. The Muse Cell Analyzer usespatent-pending, miniaturized fluorescent detection and micro-capillarytechnology to deliver quantitative cell analysis of both suspension andadherent cells 2 to 60 μm in diameter. The software includes a dedicatedmodule for each assay, as well as a tools for verifying instrumentperformance and cleaning the instrument’s fluid system.Convenient mix-and-read assays are optimized for accuracy andconvenience.
