The distribution of Nova Scotia physicians by years experiencecohort is comparable nationally and the percentages above ten years since M.D. graduation are indicative of anexperienced workforce. Physician mobility is generally more pronounced in the early career years with moreexperienced physicians less included to leave their province of work.
