Liability and Insurance
The organisers cannot accept liability for any personal accidents, loss
of belongings or damage to private property of congress delegates
and accompanying persons. Delegates are advised to make their own
arrangements to obtain health, travel and property insurance before their
departure.
Reduced registration fees are available to:
• Delegates who belong to one of FISITA’s 39 national member societies
- check the list on page 10 or visit www.fisita.com/membership/
members to see if you qualify.
• Delegates from non-OECD countries - a list of OECD countries can
be found at www.oecd.org
• Students and Travelling Fellows - see page 44 (limited places
available).
• Speakers - one speaker per presentation is entitled to the reduced
speaker fee. Paper/Session codes must be specified when registering.
Speakers must register and pay by 31 January 2010 otherwise their
paper may be removed from the final programme and will not be
included in the Book of Abstracts or Proceedings.
• Registration fees include 25% VAT.

How to register
Visit www.fisita2010.com to register online or complete the
registration forms on page 46-50.
Participants will receive confirmation of their registration and hotel
reservations, and may also check their payment and reservation status
by logging into their account in the registration database.
Methods of Payment
Payment must be made in full by bank transfer (including all bank
charges) or by major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard).
Registrations and hotel reservations will be acknowledged in writing.
Registrations and hotel reservations which are not accompanied by
payment will not be accepted. Official invoices and receipts for fees paid
by the participants will be provided at on-site registration. Any financial
queries should be addressed directly to Diamond Congress Ltd. On site
registration fees, hotel charges and optional programmes can be paid in
cash in convertible currency, Hungarian Forint or by credit card. Please
note that cheques cannot be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to Diamond Congress Ltd.
Cancellations received before 31 March 2010 will be refunded 100%.
From 1 April to 15 May 2010, the penalty is 50%. No refund is possible
for cancellations submitted after 15 May 2010.
Cancellation of hotel reservations received before 31 March 2010 will be
refunded 100%. After that date prepaid hotel deposits are not refundable.
Cancellation of optional tours can be made until 15 May 2010.

Letters of invitation for visas: apply before 31 March 2010
Social Events: register before 15 May 2010
Accommodation
Hotel prices are in EUR, per room per night, including breakfast and all
taxes. Reservations can be made online or using the form on page 50
for the following period: 30 May - 04 June 2010. If you want to come
earlier or depart later, or share your room with somebody, please contact
