Integration <strong>Deployment</strong>NetCache integrationNetCache has been specifically enhanced to integrate with <strong>Web</strong>sense software. WhenNetCache receives a client’s Internet request, it queries Filtering Service to find outwhether or not the site should be blocked. If the site is assigned to a permitted category,Filtering Service notifies NetCache that the site is not blocked, and the site is returned tothe user.Figure 29 shows <strong>Web</strong>sense filtering components installed together on a singlemachine.
