10170PATTERN FOR FORMAL SETTLEMENT STIPULATION IN CB, CC, CD, AND CE CASES[8(b)(3)](d) Bargain collectively, upon request, with ABC Companyin regard to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment orother terms and conditions of employment of all employeesat the Columbia, Alabama plant of said Company,excluding office clerical employees, guards, professionalemployees and supervisors, as defined in the Act.[ALL CASES](e) Within 14 days of service by the Region, post at itsbusiness office in Columbia, Alabama copies of the attachednotice marked “Appendix A.” [Attach to the stipulation a copy of theNotice to Employees and Members and mark it “Appendix A.” For guidanceregarding notice language, see Sec. 10132.3.] Copies of the notice, onforms provided by Region ___, after being signed byRespondent’s authorized representative, shall be posted byRespondent immediately upon receipt and be maintainedfor 60 consecutive days in conspicuous places, including allplaces where notices to employees and members arecustomarily posted. In addition to physical posting of papernotices, Respondent shall distribute such noticeselectronically, by email, posting on an intranet or internetsite, and/or other electronic means, if the Respondentcustomarily communicates with employees and members bysuch means. Reasonable steps shall be taken by Respondentto ensure that such notices are not altered, defaced orcovered by any other material.(f) Mail to the Regional Director for Region __ signed copiesof the said notice for posting, if ABC Company is willing, inthe plant of ABC Company at Columbia, Alabama, in theplaces where notices to employees are customarily posted.Copies of said notice, on forms provided by RegionalDirector for Region __, after having been signed byRevised 12/09
