We encourage you to work with yourevent planner when setting up your menu.Ordering InformationDinner entrees may be served either plated or buffet style, depending on the totalnumber <strong>of</strong> meals ordered.Buffets are set up to serve a minimum <strong>of</strong> 25 people, and include one meat entréeselection and one vegetarian entrée selection.When less than 25 meals are served, entrees are plated and served at your table.If you are ordering for fewer than 25 people, please limit your selection to two entreesper function.If you need to order for fewer than 15 people, please consult with your event planner todiscuss options.All dinner menu selections include garden salad, vegetable <strong>of</strong> the day, potato or rice,freshly baked dinner rolls and beverage.Desserts are not included in the per-person cost.
