<strong>Catering</strong> Services Cancellation PoliciesNo catering charges are applied if cancellations are made at least ten (<strong>10</strong>) business daysprior to the first day <strong>of</strong> the event.If food and catering are cancelled between five and nine (5 – 9) business days prior tothe event, groups will be charged 50% <strong>of</strong> their order.No refunds will be made if cancellations are made fewer than five business days prior tothe event (after the final guarantees are submitted).If cancellations are made due to inclement weather, some charges may apply. Pleasecontact the <strong>ECC</strong> Scheduling Department for details.Pricing PoliciesOur <strong>Full</strong> <strong>Catering</strong> <strong>Menu</strong> contains the description and prices for all <strong>of</strong> our food and cateringservices, including details about special packages that are designed to simplify conferenceplanning. For those who qualify, we also <strong>of</strong>fer a wide selection <strong>of</strong> menu choices that are pricedto meet State <strong>of</strong> Wisconsin travel reimbursement rate requirements.Due to fluctuating market conditions, prices may be subject to change without notice.Price commitments will be provided 60 days before the scheduled function. A late charge maybe assessed for deviations from scheduled times. Please alert your speakers and scheduleevents carefully.*Note to <strong>University</strong> and Governmental Agencies: Please indicate what food services areincluded as part <strong>of</strong> conference arrangements in your program agenda brochure. Accountingprocedures will not permit you to pay for food services not indicated in your brochure.Receptions: Unless otherwise specified, the normal setup for receptions includes table linens,plastic plates and utensils and other basic supplies for food service.
