For men notwanting a family, safe sex practices using condomsare recommended outside stable monogamousrelationships. Both partners may want to be testedfor STIs before trying to have a family. This may stopany disease being passed on to partners or children.Do underwear styles really affect fertility?Whether looser (cooler) boxer shorts are betterthan tighter (warmer) briefs is unclear.
