Finnish food was the most popular food in averageacross all age group. Again this indicates for strong market potential for Finnish foodin Varkaus. Further, people aged between 21-30 preferred more spicy <strong>and</strong> Indianfood. Respondents in age category of 31-40 showed strong preference for Italian <strong>and</strong>Indian food. The preference for African food was the least strong one suggesting thatan African food <strong>restaurant</strong> might struggle to get customers. Moreover, Asian respondentsmay have customers in widespread age category with no any segmentemerging as strong one or sufficient enough to sustain market profitability. The otherdetails are presented in figure 18.Travelling for RestaurantThe below figure 19 shows that most of people (29%) prefer to travel up to one kilometerto eat food of their choice <strong>and</strong> 28 percent don’t mind to travel one to three kilometerfor food.
