Subsection 63(1) of the Public Service Act 1999requires me to provide you with a report for presentation to the Parliament.This report also complies with subsection 74(1) of the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority Act 2006 andis in line with the Requirements for Annual Reports that were approved by the Joint Committee of PublicAccounts and Audit.I certify that this agency has prepared fraud risk assessments and fraud control plans and has in placeappropriate fraud prevention, detection, investigation, reporting and data collection procedures andprocesses that meet the specific needs of the agency.
