SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION - APPROVAL OF AYERS BUDGETESCALATIONS FOR ASU, JSU AND MVSUSystem Administration requests budget escalations for ASU, JSU and MVSU in theinstitutions’ Ayers Endowment Diversity Program(s) budgets. The escalations are neededto cover increased costs associated with program personnel and diversity student aidawards. The original budgets were set and approved during the June 2007 meeting <strong>of</strong> the<strong>Board</strong>. At that time, <strong>Board</strong> staff relied on estimates <strong>of</strong> available funding for theseprograms. Actual funding is now known and the institutions have been requested torevise budgets to actual.
